My lovely garage, plus its contents.

Until three years ago I lived and worked in Roma and as I owned a small lock up garage my bikes were kept happily warm, dry and out of sight. Of the wife. (I always tried to purchase blue Yamahas but even she noticed that the R1 was not an XT660, rats). My car and van instead lived at my office as we had a great covered car park which was locked at night so they too were dry and safe (as many thieves operate in the big cities. I lost a beloved semi new Golf GTI several years ago).

When I left work and moved south to the Amalfi area instead I struggled to house my collection, so I started to search for a garage to purchase. My search ended in lovely Tramonti, a hill town about 16 km from Amalfi and I found and then purchased my dream, a wonderful double garage big enough to house my car, my van as well as several bikes!!! And, truly amazing, the previous owner had also built a small garden above the garage and so I now have a great crop of free kiwis and lemons each year!!

The garage is super big and includes a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and loads of space to store stuff like my set of winter wheels and tyres for the van. I have a bike ramp too which operates with compressed air, super for working on my bikes at face level which is a great luxury.

Some photos follow. COMMENTS please!!!
