Our English setter Lola is growing up very fast indeed!! Ever since I brought her home at 3 months she has shown her sweet and loving nature, she seems to love people in general and children in particular I guess because they are closer to her height. She has no aggression at all. And she barks very rarely!
In the first 3 months with us she gained several kilos and I lost about the same weight cos I was never a big walker whereas I now take her out several times a day so I am up to an average of 10k steps per day! We go out early morning before the heat and the crowds become too oppressive for comfort. And yesterday we were invited to visit the home of my good mate Prisco to visit some 2 month old setter puppies which are half brothers and sisters of Lola, from the same parents but 6 months later (unplanned).
So for the first time she met these 4 little guys and she was the “big sister”, a new experience for Lola of course. Please see the pictures and these little pups are soooooo sweet (and before you ask NO we cannot really have another dog as our house is not big enough and we have no garden, just a balcony). Shame. And yes, she was jealous when I held the little guys of course.
